Our Team
Olivier Muyshondt
Olivier is the Founder and Managing Principal of Wave 3 Consultants. With over 15 years of executive leadership and Big 4 consulting experience, Olivier has worked with numerous enterprise and PE/VC-backed companies, helping them transform into high-performing organizations. Prior to Wave 3, Olivier held senior consulting roles at Deloitte Consulting, EY, and The Hackett Group. Over the years, he has developed an extensive network of trusted partners, enabling Wave 3 to offer scalable, tailored expertise based on each client’s needs. Olivier holds a BA in Economics from UC Irvine and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
