Our Team
Olivier Muyshondt
Olivier is the Founder and Managing Principal of Wave 3 Consultants. Olivier has over 15 years of executive leadership and consulting experience, helping dozens of growth-stage and mid-market companies strengthen financial management, optimize performance, and scale operations. Before founding Wave 3, he held senior roles at Deloitte Consulting, EY, and The Hackett Group, where he helped Fortune 500 companies grow revenues and drive operational efficiencies. Throughout his career, Olivier has built an extensive network of trusted partners, enabling Wave 3 to deliver scalable, tailored expertise that meets each client’s unique needs. He holds a BA in Economics from UC Irvine and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
